any amount of life rep on es is important you could add another + 4 jewel to make it 8 along with Chains of honor and 2x 8-9 life rep rings youd reach over 30 life rep, since no blizz sorceress use Hoto.
Who wouldnt use a set of 20-17's on a es sorc? you think i use this so i could use resistance charms?

No big difference between 8-10 Blizzard damage. Its just as easy to absorb 10k as it is 8k, if you didnt realize that,
Most people when they put on sorb, there sorbing enough to cancel out 13k+

8k to 11k =huge difference tbh, if you're 8k=prolly l8z blizzer
