if u use a rare ammy, u only get a shitty amount of charges. which is useless.
if you're going to use the telecharges as a secondary option then why use them in the 1st place? theyre only going to - your char in someway / shape / or form.
regardless, you build a char around tele charges there in itself lies a shit load of problems,... what happens when you run out of charges? your char is garbage and you're forces to either town (which is an auto lose), or run around like an idiot / get pwned regardless.
trust me, tele charged chars are a joke. and they suck. waste of time.
it can be used on hammer 'cause you're not supposed to tele 25 times per duel anyway
this would only be for TvT or 1v1s... you stack up your gold and you're good for the duel game
and you dont lose much on the amulet anyway, considering you gain 40res from btal and 25%dr which could be worth using over enig/maras or slips in a lot of cases
btal isnt even the best armor for this tele charge setup anyway, its fort.. 25%fcr 300ed/400ed st 45 pheonix + wisp = ez sin
