imo these are exactly like the ith swords in 09.... just socketed with another runeword
cuz thats what happened on the swords... silence, removed then ith+ jewel'd...
although idk what happened if you hel'd those either

The reason that three Ber Runes, Shael Runes or GG Jewels aren't/can't be put in is because hybrid runewords are made the moment (with help from a program, of course) the original runeword (in this case Enigma) was Hel'd out, not giving Enigma's attributes enough time to remove themselves from the item. So, to keep the runeword's attributes, another must take its place (in this case Duress).

vouch and d.2 .le.g.i.t is not owned by blizz ur fools they got a program that dupes ther shit and makes it legit all ther shits id lvls are the same chumps i know cause i check em shits
