Yes like a wisp, however you then lose the +1 to all skills from bk / soj, and you lose damage. Hoto also gives +40 fcr, among other things, and this scepter doesn't.

This is amazing for GM HvH, for all of you noobs who don't know, life replenish is extremely important in long-lasting duels. I'd buy it if I didn't have one already. Very nice scepter, well worth over 400.
