IE. If you're in A1 and he spawns, he should be somewhere in the Cold Plains.
Works for me every time.
its just the first one you go to. if youre in the cold plains when he drops he will spawn with the super unique if its still alive. if your in a1 town when he drops you can simply go to a5 frigid wp and fight him.
