The Battle Cestus 2/3 fools 30 ias is a -10 base claw so u only need 28 ias to hit 9 fps traps w/ a runic/greater talon Chaos if you dont want to WSM bug. Otherwise you can WSM bug with a chaos suwayyah. I saw a 2/3 fools scissor suwayyah sell for more than this recently and you cant even WSM bug it with a chaos Suwayyah since its the same base claw speed(0)which pretty much defeats the purpose of wsm bugging since you pretty much want a Chaos Suwayyah to be the claw you WSM bug with not a weak ass claw like a runic that would make your fools be the off hand claw instead of mainhand that hits first. If you use a highlords you only need a 15/15 ias res jewel to hit 9 fps traps and have a pretty fast dclaw and semi fast dragon talon also.
