i think you shouldnt ever try and sell any item lower than lvl 70 again. You'll just end up embarassing yourself like this thread again and again.

lvl 30 melee pally's would use a high def eth/rep grim helm with visonary and 2 sockets.
this circlet is useless.

vis helm dont give life or resists

melee duelers are always starved for resists arent they?
i'd take an extra 350 def over 50 life anyday.

how u gonna get 350 def on lvl 30 helm and even if you did have that it dosnt add base max dmg for hitting people with

the +100 ar and skill from this helm would be better than viso at lvl 30
not to mention it adds to HS/adds damage and ar from more skills to zeal...this circ > a 20's viso

your helm is charsi food.
The fact is you spawned 1 useful mod on your circ and thats the life.
The other fact that your MISSING is 2skills, 2 sockets (( 48 max from this.. )) and frw or fcr. WHICH is the BASICs needed for a circlet to be useful.

You might aswell be using a 3x P rubied crown it'll give u more life and more usefulness than this circ.
