FRW  Speed    Armor and Sheild Penalty
0    6        The table only shows the base runspeed depending on your FRW from
5    6,16     items,  without any penalties  or speed increasing skills active.
10   6,36     If you care  about your runspeed I assume  you are only  going to
15   6,52     use light armor and shields.  If you do use medium or heavy armor
20   6,68     or shields,  then you will  have to subtract 0,2  for each medium
