people private dupe anything ladder or non ladder classic or not classic

no i bought it on nl like a couple months ago but i rarely ever used the char it was on. came on to xfer over some ladder gear onto the nl char and the eod was gone. so either it poofed ro soemoen stole it. either way i need another one,
