Lets just say. Who ever decides to devalue an item based on ONE ladder event truely should just stick to EDC.
AND, for those ladders that makes "lvl 5" as a max chace to cast and cares about 3 extra levels should of just might as well ban the whole chance to cast.

Limiting these destroys just about every UNIQUE BUILD out there. Gives everyone a chance to be like each other. FUN eh?
I'd like to see a zeal ladder that doesnt discriminate elemental dmg. Imagine how many different ways you can make your zealer.
