Cant get all those mods on one circ.. itll be str or life

If you can get your FCR breakpoint without having FCR on your circ, I have this:

• Nice Rare Faster Run/Walk Kick Sin Assassin Circlet - 10% chance to cast level 3 nova when struck, +2 to assassin skills, 30% Faster Run/Walk, 56 to attack rating, 16 to strength, 19 to all resistances

Everyone is always of the impression that their circlet has to have 20FCR. I was the same, bought a very nice 2/20 circ for my sorc and a 2/20 ammy, but once I was done making it, I realized not only did I not need any FCR on my circlet, but I didn't need 20FCR on my ammy, either. All I needed was 10% FCR from both those slots.

May not be the same with you, but just wanted to post what I had in case. Lmk!
