What exactly do i need gear wise, outside of max charms, torch, anni and facets?

(keep in mind she sits in town waiting to chant things)

does a 4xsocket shield /w 5/5 fire facets end up being better then a spirit shield?

No, use spirit, a 6 chant orb (2os +3 fire mastery would be best), ormus, and a 2os volcanic circ.

5 chant orb lmk

2os circlet here with +3 fire skills and 20fcr.

Full gear would be
Head: 3 Fire 2soc circ *Socketed with 2 fire facets*
Body: Chant ormus 15% *Socketed with fire facet so 20% fire*
Wep: #1 choise would be a 6Chant / 6 fire mastery 2soc but gl getting that cheap i use just a 5chant works great
Shield:Spirit *20/20 shield doesnt add as much*
Ammy: 3 fire skill
Rings: Sojs/Bks
Gloves: Magefist
Belt: Arach
Boots: Dont matter
Inv: 9 fire gcs, storch, anni
If you have her set to bo you can always throw a cta on her switch also to bo the people your chanting and you get that extra 1 chant lvl
