I have 12 Tattoo's all in which are covered when i wear a suit.
So its all about placement when you live in the real world :D

You are correct. I do not hire anyone with tats on their neck or face, nor would I consider it with their forearms covered.
I do not need to frighten or intimidate my customers who may or may not understand todays generation.
