if i post an iso for grief pb with 39+ ias to meet bp (random example, no factual bp) it doesnt mean only 40ias it means 39ias or 40ias

X in this situation is not a negative number as D2 doesnt have negative str, dex, ias w/e you want as your example
X can equal 0 (zero) in this situation
39+0=39

no one who purposely writes short hand is gunna write out 39 or higher when they can write 39+ and mean the same thing
