he agreed to perm me (i think he thought i was asking if he himself needed a perm) when we got in tradescreen he left (i try to perm as fast as possible) so at the same time he left i was already clicking "save and exit" (leaving me no time to sit in game and waite for someone els's perm i was already in the midst of clicking save and exit when i saw "xxxx has left game" making majority of his jewels poof
then i was promised a refund and wasnt given it based on temptress's ignorance

He never asked for perm. You are asking for people to understand you - but you are making up the facts. This is going nowhere fast.

and u agreed to perm me and left as i was leaving how did i fail to perm correctly? u failed @ knowing what perming someone out means.

and as i said i was slightly mixed up on some of them which is why i asked u to remeat me ingame so i can see what exactly poof as to my knowledge the Majority poofed (ewhorl 40/15s etc) i already had lot of unperm ones of my ownership on the character.
