Dude I think you're referring to the OTHER 08 unperm Valk I was selling because I didn't know it was unperm because noone offered me a reason. My OLD 08 unperm valk had 132 defense, and finally when I got an explanation, someone said "Unperm = 132 def" , "Perm = 123 def", so I bought this one today hoping to sell it. I'm not going to charge massive amounts IM JUST TRYING TO MAKE 5-10FG!!
