That's the other name sellers being shitty and refusing to sell names with refund policies because they are scared of losing a name
I found a buyer, told him if the name was lost he would get a full refund, then I proceeded to move the name without any issues.

May be partially true however only way you got the name is because you added it to your short list when you saw it for sale lol.
