100% chance there unperm because?? because he could possibly be a random multi? if he was scammer and locked fg sure that could make sense, but even multi's can have gg gear... just because russiabank could possibly become a multi/scammer/locked fg guy because he gets a wild hair up his ass to ninja some1. does that mean every single piece of his gear he's ever owned has no become garbage and 100% unperm? wheres the logic?

Most of his multis are locked and scammer tagged. =/

Since you like logic.. Think of it this way.

Why wouldn't multi/scammer sell unperm as perm? Why do they have to lose?

Also,

Would you rather buy a questionable item from a multi/scammer history behind it or with a credible history consider that you're selling it at the same price?

Can they be perm? Sure. But will people percieve it that way due to the history? Doubtful.

Okay more logic, why would this scammer/multi sell me these boots for super cheap said he didnt know whether perm or unperm... so ive been testing ever since o.O

I had thousands of fg at said time and he coulda ripped me off if he wanted too...
