^ nah. If u scam or sell unperms as perm, u get locked/scammer tagged. It's 1 time and ur done. Warns aren't for scammers.

10-30 i usually asume is them just being a dick somewhere haha
But its the 50+ i really worry about and tend to trust alot less
The more your on the more you will see the people you find trusted and not



FOr most people if someone has 50+ warn they tend to be way more cautious then trading with someone with none to very little
Imo it does and should reflect their trustworthiness
