I dunno! I have a 132 defense before, and people said 132 are unperm and 123 are perm!!

Its one of the key determiners for 08 valks.

Also, No jewel = unperm. Reasoning, why waste a jewel on something thats gonna poof?

I'll buy as unperm though, wouldnt mind having one.
Also < 1k Posts, <2007, or not including history in post = unperm.

123's are very common unperms.... just clash it... or dont sell it, you will most likely never be able to sell it as perm anyways.
