for griefpb 40 + death cb - you need something like 40 offweapon ias to hit max frenzy frame (i think i dont remember well )
ab0ut gloves and belt and jewl
well change them according to your needs :
if you are heppy with lifeleech you can use nosferatus+dual leech ring+ laying of hands
or go for draculs for life tap (which makes you pretty much immune to anything as long as you hit ) ( hl + nosferatu + ias/ed jewl will get you the needed ias- 45 off-wep ) but use the calculator or ask someone coz i dont remember it well anymore
or a nice 20ias-cb-lifeleech etc.. etc.. gloves if you can find/craft one
for merc i'd choose fana merc to counter decrep or just use pride-might if you dont care about that
if i remember this correctly this way you have a fast ( i think max ) hitting char with 100cb // 110+crit on death side and 85 Crit//50Cb on Grief Side and around 35 OpenWounds

once you stack some res
or just go with 2x Grief ( which is the easiest option attack/dmg/play-wise ) but i didnt write about that coz i like making things a little different. so if you want 2x Grief Do that
