Is there a way to cube non-superior eth elite polarms to socket them?

I have an eth CA and Eth Giant Thresher. Can they be "bugged" like you can with eth elite armor and tal, thul ptopaz?

cant be bugged i dont beleive but socket is: Amn ral pamathest

1 Ral Rune + 1 Amn Rune + 1 Perfect Amethyst + Normal Weapon = Socketed Weapon of same type

If they could be bugged I imagine they would be pretty common like the armors.

No way to bug dmg... only defense...its a glitch they never fixed...the def glitch that is
