Yes 08 valk. 15/70 scs. Bugged tal rashas ( +2 skills 25% damage reduce) ect. ect. hax hax hax

You do. Among duelers.

Its mostly l unperm items so they poof every day if you dont temp perm them.

Keep in mind these items hav been around since 1.08 and got mega duped during 1.10 and 1.11
