This does not include the forums. Your key is likely muted as well if you got this error code.

# 3 Trying to steal passwords
Pretty straightforward. This also includes successfully stealing them before you try and #%#!% about it.


# 4 Trying to steal CD-Keys
Same as above only for product codes.

# 5 Harassment
Harassing any user, Blizzard rep or not.

# 6 Channel bot abuse
Again, pretty self explanatory.

# 7 Offensive/racist comments
Don't do it.

# 8 Third party programs.
If it modifies Diablo II gameplay, gives you an unfair advantage over others, or in short works with Diablo II and Blizzard didn't make it. It's a hack. Accounts closed for this reason are closed via the built-in anti-hack automatically and as such will not be reopened for any reason. Blizzard reserves the right to terminate access of any user it deems unfit to play on Battle.net. If this is a first offense your CD-Key will be disabled for 30 days. If this is a second offense your CD-Key will be disabled from online play.

Nope, luckily for him instead of choosing to ban him, it looks like blizz instaed chose to apply a name filter to the ladder, just so offensive names won't show up on lad now. So instead they removed a lot of high level names and now if they log back in they will be tested by the filter. If their name is not filtered as offensive they will return to being listed on ladder. If their name is offensive it won't be placed back on the ladder.

It's kind of stupid when you think about it. Blizzard chose to change the entire way battle.net works, instead of ban one user. They are afraid to ban you if you have a level 99 on your account. lol it's horse shit

my hdin named fvckin-hammered they filtered that ..and it was ranked on 1.10 ladder ...
click it and got charachter not found
click it multiples of times..kicked from bnet

im confused...3rd sorceress on ladder now is named Damn ...didnt filter that?
