Wasn't just the 99's that disappeared... look at the barb list there's definitely WAY more 85+ barbs than are shown there.

My theory:

In preparation for the new season, Blizzard is revamping the way the Ladder Rankings update themselves. Thus, we have some inconsistencies now and things get refreshed when a char is played.

their cleaning all 99s cause they hit it and all the deads

u need to join game and come back to be back on ladder
