The deflecting mod isn't necessary to get maxblock
After HS is cast, both hoz and the OP shield will have 75% block

yeah but you will still have to put more points into dext to reach max block

Just so ya know

Total Blocking = [(Blocking * (Dexterity - 15)) / (Character Level * 2)]

DEX needed for max block = {(150 * clvl) / blocking} + 15, rounded up
