Just curious why strength is worthless / only used for bugging. Doesn't it depend on your toon (sorc needs str)?

strength is used for bugging, ive always used fcr rings without strength and bugged my sorcs just fine. Dex would be the best option period, the less dex req. (stat points) the faster you hit your max block and get the extra health.
