Does anyone know if the DRAGON FLY ability to affect FCR or ias? and whether it's a good idea for pvp?

make hybrid assa ww/trap... thats the best idea for assa imo

Bad pvp skill coz of skill delay. Benefits from fast cast, but if your opponent running or teleporting, you got no chance of tele-hit him.
*No, ofc, you can tele-ht, but the possibility is low.

Trap

dragon flight is very slow and is not really useful in pvp.

you might finish somebody off with it at times, but a proper lock is much better tbh.

like vargad says = hyb is good idea.
