Anyhow, I digress. I was probably dealing with a 16 year old who got FG as a xmas present and wants to show it off...so here is my screenshot of the transaction and you judge for yourself. People follow the 2/3 rule because it assures that the person who has MORE to lose does not risk their gold/item.
