anyone know of a budget ( < 200fg ) pvp build that is fun to mess around with?

you could prolly do alright with a budget fire or blizz sorc. every other class would require atleast 1kfg to be competitive

lol try using a mf din - the mf charms with p combs might be sumthing umight be able to work with untill u work up fg to get gg items for w.e char
