yes everyone but a few pureists use a cta ( i can count the number of non cta users on one hand) not everyone has the ability to use 32020's nor glitched items or 08 hl etc or poison. There are lots of items that not everyone has the ability or d2 wealth to have.

from what I can see the c/o is 1.5 k .. I will bid 1.6 K and if I win I am going to charsi it immediatly in order to avoid any arguments over its use in the 2 Melee ladders I host on east
