It's a common misconception. AR for each claw is calculated independently, so the fools bonus doesn't go to waste. The problem is that the character display screen only shows the AR of the primary claw, even though the AR is calculated independently for each claw. The only downside is that the primary claw hits first (4 frames earlier I think), but the benefits of warfist outweigh this imo. I use warfist on all of my sins.
Warfist is actually IDEAL for using the ias bug and for hitting 9fpa. The benefits of the IAS bug increase as the difference in the base speed of the two claws increase. This actually makes it easier to hit 9fpa with warfist + ferals/runic that it is to hit it with runic + runic.
Yes the first hit-checks are what I was worried about. I know about the independant ar calculation. Its good to know that some people don't mind a hit check I certainly wouldn't mind changing the sockets in my circlet and claw. XD
