difference of 160 stat points = 320 life/mana
but spirit has 112 mana and 55 fhr. 55fhr can be made with 4x12 fhr gcs, and 2x 5/17 scs, effectively losing 45*4 + 20* 2 life/mana totaling 220 just in loss of fhr. making a grand total of 332 life/mana making spirit actually yield a net of +12 stat points just to make a random argument to procrastinate my studying.
