yes but when u do that u lose damage. this build is an even split that u dont have to worry about damage and u dont have to worry about mana and life is a little above average of what most SVS sorc have. Have druid in party with spirit oak and your sitting on 6.8k if you 4v4. also u can wear all the sorbs and be gm under rules have 400 cold resist stacked tgods raven and dwarf star on and play in a 4v4 svs duel while still having very nice fhr/fcr and still do about 32-34k dmg
