ive gotten a cham from the forge and my bro got a zod once so there is no cap on forge

well ty for that i was wonder if she is still worth running when i do mf

yea she drops a norm one and a rare rune, i think norm goes up to Lo and rare is IST she can sometimes drop more runes tho like a 3rd, not sure but possibly a 4th too

No, she's not. You'll benefit much more from just running Chaos Sanctuary and Trav as many times as you can without realming down
