Some people don't feel like hunting down all the runes and the 5 open socket Crystal Sword, so for a little extra fg (the profit i get for gathering all this up) they can get a set delivered. There is nothing wrong with trying to run a CTA business and i have sold to many many people over the past few weeks. Many people have gotten 6 bo CTAs too and were very happy with the deal. If feel its a rip off, by all means go collect the items on your own time
