this scepter's jewels aren't entirely wasted at all.. it can be used for a 100% vita hdin.. no points in str or dex and you have the option of COA.

this was made last season an a huge debate began over it which wep a hammerdin would use.. i think this idea you made lost

depends on what you're aiming for. this scepter can be used as said to go 100% vita.. if nothing else, the fact it's one of a kind on ladder at the moment in my eyes makes it worth using.
