yeah, i did buy it. as to the question of whether or not it's perm...it's about as perm as sx-xip's 2os eth axe. if fatty really wanted to make the effort and try to make it poof...he can (by putting as many characters in as many games as possible over as many servers as possibles...each with their own copy of the circlet...and then he would have to get lucky and then HOPE i enter a game under one of those servers).
