Very nice Also, pretty sure difficulty doesn't matter at all when using a socket quest.

im pretty sure its either difficulty or char lvl i couldnt remember

thats why i put the ~ b/c i wasnt sure

i still think u might be wrong tho ive seen quite a few guides saying base item 60 lvl + hell quest = 75% chance of 2os

99.99% sure it's a 50% chance regardless of ilvl, clvl, rlvl, difficulty, etc.
