and to which ever mod it was that closed my last thread about this ( that i spent 10 fg on making...

this IS technically a trade topic, since im trading my fg for peoples thoughts and opinions.

and whats the harm anyways, im doing something good helping the d2jsp community and helping real life society at the same time by getting people to think about and address these problems.. and by spreading some fg around on d2jsp

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=38583678&f=90&o=20

to leave your feedback and opinions. u could make some fg if the ideas are decent. i

i stopped after someone said kill all the mayans for making us die in 2012.
there arent many cohesive cats round here, there are some adults here on the forum, but I'm not suprised a forum with mostly teenagers would act like this.

Comming up with plans to help are world are all too abundant, and maybe I'll spit some here but this is a reaction to that guy.
Dont worry about 'Mayan' Doomsday prophecies, the ones you are exposed to are a mythological misinterpretations of the world ending.
Luckily, Mayan archeaology has been signigifcantly improved and the translatin of glyphs is getting better even though we can't understand MORE THAN HALF of Mayan script.
So only after linguists debacle the translation (sometimes, since there are good glyph readers too) you get a percentage of what is truly stated and whts most recognizeable are cities and names of kings and dieties. Never does it state anywhere, or can be proven that the Mayans predict an armageddon.
In my time of studying mayan archaeology, and what I have been taught from PhD archae's is that this is only the end of another bak'tun which is about 120,000*(not sure of #) yrs.
The Mayans have measured 4 of these baktun's and 2012 is just the end of the 4th and the beginning of the 5th. Here is where they predict great change, maybe some misfrtune as well, but mostly an enlightenment due to a tragedy or some other conscious shift. So please people, dont think something serious like that is going to happen, just prepare to change your life, for the better.
IMHO, all prochies are b/s but i guess there fun to laugh at too

Maybe instead of using gas cars

we could use other resources like water or solar power

Because of the gas that is polluting the world

its the number one cause of global warming

and also we should just save our resources by simple things like not leaving the water on every second and other stuff like that

haha way to change the world one small step at a time

everything i want costs way to much money to be realistic in this economy.
I'm really into vertical argiculture right now though, basically instead of taking up land, it takes up the air, giving us more agricultural land and national parks, forests etc...
This can be done even in major cities which could help reduce the cost of bringing produce in from farther places, reducing travel time, gas use, emmisions, etc.. These vertical farmland is regulated within like a greenhouse. Many different species could grow here, and as a chef, I love the possibility of even fresher, local produce.

this would help cure food prices and could feed people all over the world, its expensive to make but we may see them within the next 5 years making a serious impact.

well other things would be like simply not leaving the lights on

or anyother electricity

when you go to sleep turn all the lights off, Turn Heating off when your gone, Never Leave Comp on all night. . .

Spend a little more time outside other than inside.. You will get more fit and think about it playing, running, sports outside will help u and the earth :)
