i would think it would go 3 soc but i dont know for sure...
if ya got the lld jewels it would make for a nice lance barb

i also got a 25 cold res jewel req lvl 14

and a Pdsc 15 over 3 sec, 5 to life Req lvl 14

some guys wanted it for their lld soo i said id make it fair for anyone to have if they wanted it
