Pretty sure there's nothing special about cows that let them drop bugged skill on items, just random luck.

Also not sure why everyone is going so ape shit over the number of sockets it'll get. Take 5 mins to socket quest it and drama averted.

EDIT: I'll even donate a socket quest to you lazy motherfuckers if you want.

EDIT2: Pretty sure sumosalad found a similar (exact same skills iirc...) scepter last week.

well then the glitch must hav done it cuz he doesnt run cows

im not guaranteeing its ilvl 99, but i guarantee it wasnt dropped by cows

if you've killed baal you're able to open cows, regardless if you were grushed or not

there's 2 different people who said they'd check the ilvl. just have one of them do it and the argument is over...

cows spawn them the same way any other mob spawn them
via the 6/7 glitch

you stated cows are the ONLY ones who can spawn them w/o the 6/7 glitch which is not a fact
if it is, kindly substantiate it.
