Only cows can spawn Holyshield, Oak Sage, and Whirlwind.

Those items are unspawnable unless the 6/7 bug glitch you just mentioned happens.

There's only 2 ways an items can get any of those 3 mods I previously listed.

Easiest thing to do is find someone with an ilvl checker, not too hard.

An item when it spawns randomly rolls mods. Certain mods aren't allowed, IE 3 Sage, 3 Holy Shield, 3 Whirlwind, etc. It rolls a maximum of 7 times. If after the first 6 times it rolls mods that cannot spawn, the 7th time it spawns as it is, regardless of spawning rules.
