it depends...
if its just an FHR/Life/Str belt, its not worth much...
if it has dual res, but the resistances are low, its not worth much.
needs 50+ life and 25+ str to be worth something, needs 2 resistances, and they need to be above 20.
after that, the kinds of resistance then also determine value.
Light res and Fire res are the most desired because they are harder to accumulate from other gears. especially fire res. so matching them up is best.
Fire + Light > Fire + cold > light + cold
