If you've seen more than 1, how many has it gone up since the first?
It takes from 80-120 sojs for a walk. During a typical walk they will sell anywhere from 5-10 at a time, up to about 20 at a time. When the numbers start jumping like that you're going to experience a walk.
If it's at a "slow" status, where it's an occasional soj every 10 mins, or every 30 minutes, then the chances of a walk are pretty low.
