not sure where correct space to most is maybe some 1 can help me?

my problem is i have just started a v/t and want to make it quiet low level. i was wondering how to get best foh dmg i have 24 skills left, if i put 4 on the skills leading up to foh i will have 20 for foh which gives me 2.1k foh dmg anyone know a better way to give me more foh dmg? maybe some mixed between foh and holy shock?

i have +11 pcom skills and +9 to all skills from eq/invent

if i did mix them i would need to skill holy fire and holy freeze to beable to skill holy shock

i think this is wrong place but if anyone can help me i would appreciate it
