ok since u guys nearly ask for it:
i sold the bt for a very very (very!) close friend (due to his time problems, awell as not having d2 installed)), who i know since 6 years and (whos account i had access to). he had the bt on an often-used pvp char. i trust him for everything, he's known as a honest and fair trader.
2 or 3 years ago there was a certain incident. i sold a bt to someone and it turned out to be a poofy, so i refunded that person. and i know that derfana knows of this. so why not trying it again to end up with the item AND the fg? if my mate says it's perm (which is really obvious, he had the item since pre-dupewave and used it often, me too sometimes) then it is perm.

First of all, unlike you claimed I know nothing of that story.
What strikes me as funny is that you told me ingame that it's your btal you are selling and that you keep it on a friend's account because you don't play anymore.

After it poofed I found out that it's not your btal at all, it was JxP's btal that you were supposed to sell me. I found this out AFTER it poofed.

So why the inconsistency in your stories if I may ask? We can continue this is the SA topic if you wish. You know the link

who are u to mount that jxp wants his friends to sell unperm as perm for him? seriously, don't play the clown ^^ he's one of the guys i definately trust the most on these forums
and the fact that i said it was my bt was halfway wrong, my bad sorry. 2 bt's were on that char, the one jxp used as explained above, and the one i kept there because my accs expired. this one got sold to pacha few days before, i just mixed it up, my bad. i apologize for that. both were and are perm.
