The char was built to provide the optimum damage output while still reaching 7 fpa guided arrow and 99% fcr.
This setup is designed for a glass zon. To make it a vita zon, you would need to switch charms.
With this setup she hits 99% fcr with her bow equipped.

Arachnid's Mesh, 120%, perfect
Jeweler's Tiara of the Magus, 120% enhanced damage/45% ias
Storm Whorl, Ring, 10% fcr/7 minimum damage/30 ar/73 mana
Skull Turn, Ring, 10% faster cast rate/3 maximum damage/45 attack rating/7% life leech/64 mana/9 all resist
(I used these rings for a greatly increased mana pool. The life leech is needed to determine when arrows hit)
Gore Riders, 200% enhanced defense, perfect.
Swap:
6 bo cta phase blade
Perfect lidless, socketed with a dol rune for replenish life.
Inventory:
9x +14 max damage gcs
4x 175 psn/+1 max damage scs
1x 3 max/xx ar/cold damage sc (every bowa needs at least one)
I will fill the remaining 5 sc slots with whatever you want. I'm still attempting to buy more 175/1 scs to finish it.
