vouch hes clashed against mine hundreds of times. As far as I am concerned or can tell its 100% perm.

Unless yours is an unperm copy, clashing will do no such thing.

Here's how clashing works: You clash your "perm one" against MANY unperm copies, and if it poofs it is because it is a unperm copy that shares the same exact ID on battle.net as the other one.

Testing this against only one other does literally NOTHING.
