the bottom line is that once the item leaves who you sold it to it's no longer your responsibility andy

That guy lost over 100k in items from buying bs uap's

He wouldnt sell an unperm

And ive bought quite a bit of questionable items from him and i never had a problem

My point is that Andy doesn't have to refund anything. He hasn't had the fucking Fletch for 2-3 years. It's the last item holder's responsibility to refund in case of a poofage. The reason for this is mainly to protect people in a line of history in case of a poofage or unperm as perm item swapping situation like this.

arudy15 - had the Fletch for 1-2 years, no poofage
DXH - had the Fletch for one year, no poofage
Ashikaga - the day he's sold the Fletch, it "poofs"

:uglystupid:

well if hes had it for 1-2 years, and DXH had it or one year, that would mean it was orginally not from jsp and it could have been from anyone

I'm just saying that D2 is a stupid game. In no other game can items randomly "POOF". There are two major choices to be made here. The first choice is to quit D2, and the second choice is to not sell or buy known dupes.
